We will be having 2 speakers: Heather from Eviction one to talk about evictions and Landlord rules and regulations.  She is well versed in being a land lord, Plus she owns some rental properties of her own.  

We also will have William Carpenter to talk about what his company has to offer in tax preparation, tax services, and update us on any new changes for 2021.  Have a tax question or landlord question, come ask an expert.

We will have new business to follow and Q&A.  Also we will need to know a head count as to who will be attending  the December Christmas dinner meeting and gift giving exchange. So we will know what food to bring.
