Last month we showed you ways to find apartment owners and gave you leads to research. This month we will review and discuss any progress you made and answer any questions you came up with while working through the leads.
Also, we will be going through the underwriting process we use to analyze apartment deals.
If you're serious about learning the process of becoming an apartment owner then the things we will cover in this meeting are absolutely necessary for you. Understanding how to analyzed a T-12 report and Rent Roll are basic's in this industry and we will show you how to do it.

We will also talk about how apartment investing works and how you can get involved. There are really two ways to participate in apartment syndications, passively and actively. In other words, you can do as little as place money in a deal and receive a regular return i.e. passive investing, or you can earn sweat equity by spending your time working as a general partner i.e. active investing.
