Our special guest speaker this month, Adam Doran, is a former police officer-turned wealth advisor who has been investing in real estate since 2011. He started with wholesaling, then purchased his first rental property in 2012. Using creative financing and the BRRRR method he accumulated a portfolio of single-family rentals in his home market of Kansas City. He transitioned in 2019 to multifamily, and now owns 52-units with his partners. In addition to his real estate investing, Adam works full-time as a wealth advisor. He specializes in working with real estate investors and small business owners on creative capital strategies to build tax-free wealth while maintaining growth and liquidity.
